Airtel Static IP - Frequent - Internet Connection Not Working

I never had Internet going down in the past when I was on Dynamic IP. Ever since I've opted for Static IP Fiber I have experienced frequent internet downtime. Anyone else experiencing the same or any suggestion on what to get checked from NOC. The field engineers have no idea. Also, I'm based in Pune but the SpeedTest seems to think the connection is in Ahmedabad and runs tests on servers out there.

Additionally, what I have observed is that the
TR069 Status section shows:
Connected Status: Connected (when internet is Up)
Connected Status: ConnectedError (when internet is Down)
I have the DASAN H680GM-A router.

different location can only affect ping. LOS downtime or just random?

Frequent Downtime (No Internet) is the problem. It works very well when it it is Up.

No. I’ll probably opt out of Static IP if it does not improve.
