@manojrk You can't even change DNS to Google DNS?

(Just to confirm if we can or not)

And if you have changed to google dns, is it working fine for you after moving to Google DNS?

@Adidam: Your line profile is set to 17a which is max 100Mbps, however your modem isn't syncing anywhere near that. Try and uncheck all "VDSL2 profile" options try 12a or b which is max 68Mbps and see if that syncs up first, if it does, whether it remains stable, or else go down to 8a-d, which is a max 50Mbps. This way you should be able to give more room for the SNR vs the actual sync rate, which at the moment is maxed out.

@Karan I am doing the same as you have suggested. It takes sometime to reconnect.

Update 1: It is not reconnecting with the profile only enabled: 12a and 12b

Update 2: 8A-8D didn't work. Link didn't connect. So as soon as I enabled 17a again, it is connected.

try main-line -- >> Peach colored box ----> RJ 11 to Modem

although it seems like you're losing dsl sync itself which is not good. you could try a firmware update if there is one available but changing over to Huawei seems like your best bet for now.

@waterloo_sunset I have removed splitter and landline. So it's directly a RJ11 from peach box to Modem from now to see if these two are causing the down or not?

Check and see if the line stats improved with the modem directly connected w/o the landline. Post a screenshot on here if you wish.

@Karan Sure. I'm posting the stats.

I will update if I see any link down again in the log file.

Update 1: SNR for Upstream is dropped a lot. It's 1.8 now and Upstream Max attainable is also dropped.

Update 2: SNR for Upstream is 0.5 now and max attainable for UP is also dropped.

Doesn't seem to have changed at all then. You can plug in the landline.

Time to have airtel look into this.
