All channels are scrambled

Yesterday night i called CC, they said they are working on the problem and will be ok in 24 hrs and now i called again, iam getting the same reply.
You are in Chennai....and I am also in Chennai..I am not having problem and no channel is scrambled...how can it be for you?....may be they have different servers and the server your STB communicate is having problem.....when did you take connection?....I took SUN Direct in Feb 2008.

Its not only for me, cc saying many customers have this problem. any how i sent a mail to nodal officer and the problem was rectified at today 11am and then he called me to confirm.I have taken sundirect in dec 2007

i have sun direct from dec 2007. still did not face any single problem. before that i dont have Tata Sky or dish tv . i have dd direct plus. but some intelligent subscribed for all dth. he subscribed videocon before it got licence. he is the neighbour of HArichantra. belive it.

how it is for south india . it is so costly no one subscribe for sun direct. go for Tata Sky south starter pack which is cheaper. you should add these words also. how to u know there is nothing for vehla jatt. stop ur nonsense comments. or go to tatasky or big tv forum. or come with a threat how tatasky is cheaper than sun dth. i made clear that how sun dth basic package is cheaper than tata sky south starter. you can show how it is cheaper than sun dth. pse show it.

Who is this****** anish.. He is deliberately sending wrong message about sun direct ..He wantedly confuses the new people who are looking for some information before buying DTH. I am using sun direct.. I also had experience of Tata Sky from my neighbour house. Even people who were using tata sky are going to buy sun direct... To me at present in all aspects SUN DIRECT is the Best DTH in india so far.. I dont know about the future.

Of course value for money will be different for different people. I just did an exercise bet TS and sun direct. I have a TS connection.

Sun, KTV, Sun news, Vijay, Jaya, Podhigai, NDTV 24x7, NDTV profit, HBO, Star movies, Nat Geo, History. T&L, Discovery, Animal Planet, S Pix, CNN-IBN, Times Now, Headlines Today, BBC

2. My less favourite channels - B group

Sun music, Kalaignar, CNN, Z studio, Z cafe, V, (MTV, AXN)

In TS, the package is South Value (Regional + English) and the equivalen set in SD is Tamil basic and Venus + (super english). Still I don't get the channels I want which are in bold in SD. Sports channel preference is season dependent.

TS cost is 260 pm including taxes. Sometime back they had an offer to pay for 10 months only. I am not sure whether this offer is still valid.

SD is 75+115 (venus+) plus tax = 228 approx. The figures may be changed if incorrect.

I definitely need the bold channels; it is foolish to argue which is cheaper unless the channels you definitely need are taken into account.

1 Million customers in 200 days only in four states (against around 2.5 million of Tata Sky in 2 years PAN India) is a achievement for sun direct and also everyone has his own taste. Sun direct concentrate more on regional values of south. It has provided maximum of regional channels required for the four states. Moreover several pay channels are also added but it will take some more time for all the channels to get added.

If you see the basic package of any DTH is not as effective as Sun Direct at Rs.75+ taxes or 999 per annum.
