For most of the orders I stick to prime products only.

Occassionally I bought from other sellers, but products were bad or never delivered (toys).

I have received diluted items (Lizol, Vanish, Surf Liquid) from both FK and Amazon. As per my observation, refill pouches are never diluted. I return the product immediately if the seal is broken.

@mate most of the above mentioned liquid detergents are non-returnable. You follow up with their CC?

If a product is marked as non-returnable, then you need to get in touch with CC. They will create the return.

Yes. Both have been pretty quick & efficient with their customer support in recent times.

This essentially negates the no contact delivery. Either you have shout out the code or be in close proximity with the delivery agent.

This happens when your area/location has too many missing or related complaints.
