Android backup to Desktop.

So, I will be giving my android phone to my mom, And Then, I'll be buying an iOS device. So I want to backup my data to my pc (For some days) and then move the same data to iOS device.
Any Help or Suggestions?

Move to iOS - Android Apps on Google Play - best for phone to phone transfer.
I prefer the old fashioned method of moving everything onto the sd card and transferring it to the pc. Then using itunes to sync it to my new ios device. Less chance of data being lost.

Move to iOS actually works well. Used it on a Moto G for sister in law.
