Android phone of price Range 15k to 22k

Please suggest a good android phone for my brother. Price range is 15k to 22K.
Want to avoid brands like karbonn and micromax.

Avoid Tradus. For few hundred rupees more, you can get it from Flipkart with a genuine warranty.

Forgot to mention...i am looking for ram more than 1GB. Brother is currently using Galaxy note and with 1GB it is sluggish

I was looking at same range there are very few options available.
1. Galaxy Grand - 18-19K
2. Xperia L - 16K
3. Xperia SP - 24K
4. Nexus 4 - 25K
5. Galaxy Nexus - 16-18K?
Any HTC?

battery might be a problem though with Nexus 4, 4 to 5 hrs of use.
