Android Tablet in 7-8K range

So need recommendation for someone for an Android Tablet in 7-8k range
a) Size - no restrictions
b ) USB support - Needed for data transfer
c) 3G - Dongle or SIM both options can be considered.
Purchase would be in Mid-feb or early March. Or earlier, if a good deal is found. Need help in narrowing down from the plethora of ones available in the market.

No SIM. And 3G dongles would probably require rooting.

No other internet connection, hence 3g needed.Needs USB support, so that he can copy home work content of kid and he can take printouts from office or whatever

I really doubt you would get a decent one. You have need to have 3G support, you need to compromise on many aspects.
3G tablets with 9K. Im listing down the tablets around that price range and then lets filter out based on your requirement.

1. iBall Slide - (8K +)
2. Karbbon Smart Ta Fone- (7-9k)
3. Xolo QC800 (10K)
4. Lenovo A2107 (10K)
Above are few tablets which have decent reviews.
But if you want to use for a long time, without much problems, i think you need to increase your budget, particularly when the user is a non-tech guy.

PCs in the office are for photo lab related work. No internet Thanks for inputs ... Will check over them in the weekend.

So it was postponed to buy now. But now looking for some more alternate options.
Plan A
a) Get a 3G Sim wi-fi router - worth around 3k I think - Are they worth it
b ) Get a wifi-dongle for his desktop - 1k or chinese for few hundreds???
c) Get a wifi tab for around 6k
This way he can get his mobile (low-range bolt series android) , tab & desktop connected as needed
Plan B
a) Get a tablet with 3g for around 8k
Any suggestions including the ones given earlier?
