there has been absolutely no news about US launch of an unlocked edition. one report hinted pricing of around 850 USD. if that is the case in USA, i would probably get it from india. my sources say that Galaxy nexus would be officially launched in india in january next year.

And i had heard from a friend, that some paper mentioned the launch date in India as November 2011, and price around 32k :O

unlikely to come next month. samsung does not count india in their primary markets. and 32K seems unlikely because this would hurt the sales of S2. it is more likely to be priced at around 35k. though i would prefer it to be around 30K.

Now i need to know why Wi Fi shud show an "Error" when its turned on. It works smoothly in my cell, but in the otehr cell for Dad, it shows error sometimes, which gets rectified on restarting the phone! :S

I need some help troubleshooting my phone.Model: LG Optimus One. OS: Gingerbread v2.3.3It's a rooted device.My phone isn't loading. It just gets stuck at the screen where it says "android"!The problem probably persists because I installed some font/tried to change the boot loading screen using ROM Toolbox App. This app has worked like a charm until NOW.Any kind of help is appreciated.

Unless you have a custom recovery installed, you will need to reflash the ROM. you should have installed clockworkmod and taken a nandroid backup before tinkering with ROM toolbox.

[STICKY][REF][UPDATED 2011-11-30 22:27 GMT+1] Repository of HOWTOs, ROMs, MODs, etc. - xda-developers - you'll need the stock ROM and the tool to flash it. for samsung its ODIN. for LG, i think its called kdz or something. it must be mentioned in one of those how to threads.
