Any speed increase in BSNL 800 unlimited?

I saw in another forum that BSNL has increased the bandwidth of 800 plan with immediate effect without any additional charges..
Does anyone have got message regarding this or experiencing changes in speed???

Someone bluffed or been played on. Online since morning, no increase is speed. Switched off modem a no. of times.

64 KBps. Anything around 55- 60 KBps will be good speed.

for a few days i got 2mbps but now i am getting 512kps speed ( may be before FUP)..

The downloader you use also matters. Some show fake speed. And buffering too need to be taken into consideration.

bittorrent speed 200kbps compared it with network details in task manager, no fluctuations while downloading it was continuously around 2mbps. iam not using any download managers..
