Anyone using BSNL Fibre Optic to Home

I am using for a few months now. It is no better than normal broadband - definitely more costly. Installation process was a nightmare. Customer support is non existent and misleading most of the time.

I would strongly recommend you stay away from FTTH for now.


I would hope that this is more an issue with BSNL than with FTTH in general.

What were the issues with installation?

well i know that bsnl is offering fibre optic to business i we got a proposal for our business, i think it was 25k for 10mbps unlimted and 40k for 100mbps unlimted per month. I cant remember the prices exactly it was a few months ago.
