Apple iPhone 15

@Jonas no I am not facing any issue on my IP15PM, it works well. Heating has been an issue with the 15 series since shortly after launch. They had issued an iOS update to resolve the issue. Assuming he's on the latest version.

If the phone is heating up let him check all apps running in the background and close them (or uninstall) if not required. Another suspect is the case..what case if any is he using?

Is Airtel thanks app working well in 15PM? In iPhone 13 it was working well. Later I changed to 13 Pro, phone used to heat, near volume button when Airtel app was running. Sometimes it will get closed automatically. So most of the times, I use Airtel app in android, pixel 7 pro especially when I make bill payment using axis Airtel CC. Otherwise in 13 Pro, while payment in progress, it just crashes.

Now upgraded to 15PM, same phenomenon… getting hotter and crashing. Again in 13 no such issues.

If it's an app specific issue just close the app after using it. Thats what I do. Only my frequently used apps are kept in memory.

Ok, looks like i have not put my question correctly or you did not read it properly.. I've not asked suggestion on what to do.. :)

All i asked was, does 15PM also has similar issue for Airtel Thanks app like what im facing... Device getting hot around volume buttons and sometime crashing itself.

Of-course i can close the app after using it, provided if its gives a chance for me, but while using it itself, it will close/crash automatically.

In short - no it doesn't, the 15 PM does heat up at times for e.g. during battery charging or under heavy load (naturally) but certainly not experienced with the Airtel app.

You'll need to wait for an update that hopefully fixes the problem. In the meantime you could drop an email to 121 to alert them of the issue you face when using the app.

Anybody using iPhone 15 how is the heating issue is it too much making it non usable I want to shoot outdoor travel videos should I consider it? Please help urgent I need to cancel it then.
