To be honest, I am more excited about that modem than the phone

I don’t know how Apple is managing a 26 hour video playback on that iPhone 16e , that’s the same battery life of an iPhone 15 plus

I am not sure, but could it be because of the vertical integration with the modem?

This is the first time where an iPhone is running custom Apple made modem

I was already planning to get her an iPhone. Initially, I was considering the iPhone 14, but the iPhone 16e seems like a better option (not that I can get 14 now anyway), mainly because of the battery life and powerful processor. I’ll add AC+ as well, and I think 128GB should be enough for her.
