Apple iPhone 13

As long as invoice of the same country as the device is available, there are no issues with claiming international warranty.
Sometimes warranty can be claimed without invoice but that is upto the service center. As long as you have invoice, you definitely have international warranty on iPhones.

No, they specifically state this in their warranty rules. You might get it but it’s very unlikely

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPhone AND iPAD SERVICE.
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.

The warranty has been international since iPhoneX. Only issue is service centers reject the claim sometimes on the basis of no invoice since majority of people who buy international iPhones in India get them from black market dealers who will never provide you with an invoice.
If still there are doubts, you can call up Apple support and just ask. Or you can chat if you want written proof.

Warranty is international. But make sure the purchase is from a reputed retailer, doesn’t matter if it’s online or offline.

Phone will be purchased from a reputable store, obviously. Amazon or Bestbuy and such.

Unidays doesn't offer student discounts on iPhones otherwise an acquaintance is studying at NYU and he would get it.
