Depends on their attitude. I have once got a reply from the Nodal officer. I think that the company rule describe that there should be a written reply for a formal complaint. There can be exceptions though.

ULD 850 has 1 Mbps upto 8 GB, 256 Kbps beyond 8 GB. So if you have already crossed the 8GB limit, you will get slow speeds.

is this for a day limit ? as i just checked my usage it has crossed 10gb but stiill i am getting nice speed up till now at least better than 625?

i a m using Netgear adsl2+modem DM111P

also sinnce i am new in this pls mention in detail how to change dialer mode to pppoe and how to check which mode i am using

i can chnge dns so shld i change it ?

PPPoE mode : ID and password stored in modem. You can connect to internet just by switching ON the modem.

Bridge / Dialer mode : ID and password stored in a dialer. You need to click " Connect " in dialer to connect to internet.

There is no day/night difference in ULD 850. For first 8 GB you get 1 Mbps and later it dips to 256 Kbps ( just like the one in your speed test).

then i am using PPPoe mode

so i think 750 ul is the best plan to have?

I am using UL 750. Quite happy with it. But if you are having disconnection problem, it will happen even if you change the plan.

Bro is 512kbps ok wid u ?

No better plan available. It is unlimited and fits my budget. I use around 40 GB per month, also I browse a lot in the day time, so can't choose any night unlimited plans. Also it gives around 40 KBps upload (ideal conditions/ multiple torrents ) which helps me keep a good ratio. Hope one day Home 500 plans will give some 10 GB day time usage, till then happy with this.
