They're lying. I'm on the 950 plan and I can confirm that it's 4 Mbps upto 8 GB. Contact the honchos.

exchange is about 3.5 KM , so not much can be done about that ? . I am asking because I am having frequent disconnection and sometime slow connection
 
Ask them to check the site. Or open it before them on phone.
