ok but now their saying its changed to 2 mbps upto 8gb and i am paying them 950+Taxes and their website is still showing the 950 plan to be 4 mbps upto 8gb

They're lying. I'm on the 950 plan and I can confirm that it's 4 Mbps upto 8 GB. Contact the honchos.

exchange is about 3.5 KM , so not much can be done about that ? . I am asking because I am having frequent disconnection and sometime slow connection
