Well it seems that Dish TV is slowly increasing our package prices. Well all Bengali customers will now have 2 regional regional bouquets for the same language zone(i.e.Bangla Zone). Packs are mentioned below :
Misthi Bangla :
Zee Bangla
ETV Bangla
Aakash Bangla
24 Ghanta
DD Bangla
Rupashi Bangla
ETV Urdu
Sahara Samay
Starry Bangla :
Star Ananda
Star Jalsha
Bengali customers will NOT get all the above chs as mentioned even if they are in the Bengali Language Zone. They can only choose ONE out of the two packs and choose the second one for Rs.28 per month. So here we go..All Bengali customers now need to pay more money to get chs of their own language zone...! :iomg: How funny..!
However, there is a way out for this : [This process is mainly meant for North Platinum Bengali customers] :
Simply buy a ZRZR card worth Rs.700/1400/3000 and choose 'Platinum' as your base pack and choose 'UTV Pack' and 'Starry Bangla' as your free A-La-Cartes. [At this point only 2 free Add-Ons are allowed.] Colors is already in Platinum now. This process is also applicable for lower base pack customers using 'Bangla' as their lang zone but in that case, such lower base pack users will have more options of choosing free A-La-Cartes with a max of 2.
For me its a sad news since till now I have been paying my dealer Rs.400 and subscribing to UTV and Colors as paid Add-Ons with it. Now that Colors is in base pack, I thought I would get more days of viewing time since UTV would be the only paid Add-On for me, but unfortunately from now on I will have to shell out Rs.700 in order to make the other Add-Ons free..! :icry:
