Hi, techfreek, i am using beamtele, 786kbps unlimited plan. 30 Gb is the fair use policy limit. What about the plan u have, 2mbps@1000, what is the fair use policy limit??

i am from yousufguda, hyd. i am using beams's 1mbps/rs610 fair usage 30gb/month. beamcable's service is worst, they say they will rectify the problem within 24hrs but some times they took up to 8days (this is my max) 6 days 4 days 2 days et cetra averaging at 4days to solve a single problem.in the past six months atleast my internet is down for 6-7days per month. oops sorry i forget to mention about the call center response...not good........ i now included the line in my daily prayer "please god, don't make me call beamcable today". i think beamcable is bull-shit......but i heard other service providers are dog-shit.........so i think beam is better than other service providers in hyderabad. beam also sells 2mbps connection under the mask of 10mbps for rs.1000, i have no idea regarding other service providers but 2 to 10 makes a lot of difference....not fair beam.
