Best deal on HTC One in India?

The ultraplixel technology for HTC was a risky(may be brave) move for them ...they basically focused on low light imaging through it....and I can say ONE wins when it comes to low light conditions.... And yes as per as specifications they looks little weak in front of s4 in terms of megapixels only... And what about ppi, HTC zoyi, blikfeed, design etc.....
