does it make a difference that opera preinstalls all these features (some of which you might not want/need) vs. firefox which has extensibility in the form of addons?

opera made the mistake of not making the browser free right from the start (it was annoying-ad supported i think), so they lost mindshare to firefox... plus of course, because its not opensource, some more mindshare is lost due to the hype surrounding opensource...

just installed firefox 3 beta 3, i dont see anything special just like beta 2, must be my old p4-2.4ghz (single core, non-hyperthreading) cpu beta2 and this beta3 were crashing everytime i did a right-click and i only just realised it was one of the addons like flashget which i uninstalled...so right now im running FF3b3 with adblock plus and its working fine...

spatial navigation has been part of opera since ages and very useful... though i also like firefox's f7 caret browsing feature.
