This is not a one time case where things have happened by accident. ACT does this to a lot a people. Only the ones smart enough to keep a tab on their bandwidth usage seem to find out. This has been happening to me for some time now. I generally have a sense of how much data I have used up. I also installed a bandwidth meter on my system just to be sure. I have tried complaining but to no avail. They say that you have crossed your limit or after persisting, we'll check. But nothing really happens. They seem to fix it for a month but things go back to the same bullshit after some time. ACT seems to be heading towards a path of fraud and unethical business practice which is not sustainable. If this continues I'm sure more people will start finding out and soon they will be out of business.

I hate when users have to constantly monitor bandwidth usage and call customer care regarding reduced speeds before reaching FUP! :(
No peace of mind! :(

39GB until which date/time. I think the usage in 'My usage' is delayed.
How much speed do you get post FUP?

Please be sincere in what you do. I or anyone for that matter don't like to be lied to. Especially when we are paying for a service we use everyday. So please frankly let everyone know what really is happening and spare us the BS customer pacification talk. Once you lose the trust of your consumers, its game over. Please let your managers and everyone in your company know as they don't seem to realize it. Now its the start of the month and my speed seems to capped to around 1 to 5 Mbps. My speed is supposed to be 25Mbps. Thank you for you time.
