Beware, ACT downgrades your speed before reaching FUP Limit, It happened twice to me. Who's next?

I was promised that reset(or something) will happen after 2hrs from the time I raised the complaint.
Nothing happened. Forget 2hrs, The reset doesn't happen even after 12:00..
Am not in state to believe any false assurance, promises, etc
Pathetic..
 
Someone already said that the reset does NOT happen at midnight & even gave a timeframe. I can't remember in which thread though.
What was your data usage when they throttled you?
 
There is one other twist here. That 54GB that you show is most likely the total of downloads + uploads. YUP.
Try installing a software like networx and compare your daily usage against the one that they show on their website.
They are cheating customers. They include uploads also in their FUP computation. I have made a separate topic
regarding this.
 
Any Chennai users facing speed throttle before crossing FUP limit ????
