BIG TV not comming in bangalore

Helo All; This is Arvind from bangalore, i took the BIG TV South package 2190 last month, just from now all the Channels displays as Pls subscribe to this Channel.I also checked with my Cousin who took at the same tim\e with me he too has the same issue since this morning,The rechagre was done by the installn guy....Pls let me know incase if any one facing the same problem,

me too...what the F...that too on sunday...i have switched my system on and off million times...and scanned it 1000 times..its fine now...

Hey it is still the same for me. No LUCK... I have opened a Case with BIG TV CC :frown:.....


They say it takes 48 hrs to fix this issue........................................

At the time of installation, the guy said recharge now itself to avoid interruption in service. If it is not recharged, he said the service may be temporarlity suspended. Also he said, it is like Pre-paid mobile services. The service will be activated when the connection is installed. But our details goes into system, only after 15 days.. at that time they will update our package details and recharge details. But i dont know how far it is true. On seeing your comments, i sacred that my BIG TV will be become SMALL TV after 15 days.

The instlln guy, did a instant recharge on the spot .....

1) GSK pack of Rs 1490
2) Top Up cards of Rs 500 & 200....

Still dont know what is the goofup happening with the BIG TV ...

let me say as BIG TV ho TOO BIG problems be hootahai... :frown::frown::frown::frown::frown::S

Infact im happy with my old TSky connection for the second TV.


Let see the CC guy told me that there will be a tech comming to my place to fix the issue....
Dont know what in the world he will fix it.....

I never knew that such a big company will provide the customer service very poor. Customer care is the one which normally attract the people to get its service. I guess once Airtel DTH is out, majority of the people will go for Airtel DTH as they are very good in customer care services.
