delivery boy asked my pin and i gave him..later i checked message from big basket..it says not to give delivery pin to delivery boy ?
well. i guess. most people do not care about putting the feedback on their mobile phone. so they are used to just entering the code themselves.
basically you can ask them for their phone. enter the pin yourself and then rate the delivery from 1 star to 5 star. i did this on the recent order and they were fine with it. the first time i had no clue about this process so i just gave him the pin and he did it himself.
their delivery system is pretty good compared to peppertap and Grofers. but then i have only ordered twice from them. waiting for mom to make her monthly list of items that she gets from the local kiryana store. and test it out through bigbasket. that should be interesting.
this is similar to what fabfurnish does. they ask you to enter the rating while they hold the phone for you. what are you going to do? rate them 1 star in front of their eyes? it's all nonsense.

oh ok, i was worried that it might be connected to some kind of wallet or something 
anyways i had ordered cut fruit found a hair in my pineapple :\ , delivery was bit late in the night though around 7:30 PM slot..
