This means that they were too lazy to deliver the package but didn't want it showing in the system so they did this. See it appearing magically tomorrow. Happens every time with me with Bluedart. "Customer premises locked"

Its happened with DTDC to me a few times (house locked scenario)

I always suspect they couldnt deliver for some reason and to bypass the SLA's posed on clients/managers etc, they give this as an update.

There is no way my sector has restricted entry. The worst they have are locked gates but one side of the lane is always open. Would call tomorrow and ask. At worst, I would have to go to their warehouse which is not at a very nice place. Would have to go on the bike.

Blue Dart did not deliver the package even today! I called their customer service three times. Every time I was told that the package is on the road ready to be delivered.
