they never do its the most shitty courier ever in existence.
Either many delivery agents have left due to low payment, or they haven't recruited enough agents for the workload... or both

@Jonas its not about the delivery agents, last week a international shipment[aramex and fedex use delhivery for end delivery ] was left at delhi airport for 6 days as delhivery could not accomodate it on the connecting flight [ as they state] after I complained about this on Linkedin it was delivered within 24hrs a total delay of 7 days , so they also have a shitty ground support team and the biggest con is that their support is non existent.
