Bridge mode in Reliance JioFiber?

Has anyone figured out a way to use Jio Fiber router in bridged mode?

Guess, this is purely a business gimmick to not let you use the router provided by the ISP. Routers provided by ISP are provisioned to work just with pppoe or other authenticators based connection provided by the ISP themselves. We cannot use the router to the fullest. Have tried with Airtel router once and now with Jio router.

What happened if i need contact jiofiber customer care to disable bridge mode from backend and access TP-Link xz000-g3 ont to pfsense WAN (my pc) without original router?

you can buy TP-Link xz000-g3 onu , it will work fine ! i will say more than fine , because am currently using one . so the catch here is you have you make sure your optic fiber connector plug should have a green optic patch code not the optic blue patch code which is commonly used , if u plug a blue patch code into your tplink ONT it wont get detected on your isps ONT. Once your tplink XZ00 G3 ONU get detected on ISPs ONT its pretty easy . hope you have pppoe conection , you just have to put your user name and password on your router and get rid of that dumb router given by isp

Possibly the connector colour...I think. I have the green ones on TPF and Airtel. Wonder whats the difference between green and blue.

so this is a optic patch code , many of the operators may not know its significance , due to this when you plug a blue patch code into an onu with green port the onu wont be detected on your operators OLT nd and they will simply mark its as incompatible !! which isn't the case.
