Broadband and Landline Scheme

i got BSNL broadband connection along with a landline in 900 plan.i want to know the scheme of the landline phone and its call tariffs.if its in general plan, how to know the call charges? (like landline-to-landline:Rs.... and landline-to-cell:Rs...)also i wish to check if the scheme of broadband if its in 900 plan.i checked the official sites, they ask for my customer id provided in phone bill.as i got my connection recently, i didn't get any bill yet. so i cant access official site with proper id.is there any site that check my scheme only with my phone number?or i need the customer care mail id to contact those persons.

presume you mean Home 750 256Kbps unlimited.
You need another 14digitPortal ID and password
to check your usage, change password etc.
