Hello guys,I am planning to shift from BSNL (Rs. 750/- unlimited) to any other ISP. I was interested in the following two plansReliance thunder- Rs. 1099/- 4mbps (no FUP)ACT Broadband- Rs. 999/- 15mbps (upto 40 gb later 512 kbps) (annual plan 65gb FUP)I am very confused as to which plan to opt for.Assume both the services are available in my area (Frazer Town) Please help meThank You
