Broadband Connection getting disconnecting after fix interval

From last couple of days my broadband connection is getting dropped frequently. When I checked usage on BSNL site its obeserved that its getting diconnected after every 1min 20sec (its 80sec - 84 sec approx.). Is it some virus/spyware/malware? I am using COMODO firewall/AVAST Antivirus. This specially happens during usage of uTorrent. Any help?

mention modem model. see the service log of the modem.Any new application you added recently ?On "Dialup"mode or ""always On ?Try a System Restore to earlier date.Presume connection was fine till couple of days back.

Its D-Link GLB-502T. Where to locate service log of modem?

Look under Tools.
7.Also report snr/attn etc as shown above.
8.Inspect/Replace Rj11 cable for proper connection to the router.
9. Check speed at speedtest.net say Singapore.

are you on ppoe mode?? if so leave modem on and switch pc off.. then after 20 to 30 min.. switch on pc and check bsnl logs.. if its still disconnecting every 80secs then something wrong with line either low SNR , disturbance etc.. if disconnection stopped then probably some virus etc..

How to change SNR value?
I have recently change MTU from 1492 to 1430.Can that cause this?
I have tried to rollback, but no success. There is pattern, disconnection
in morning is less. But in night its too much.
