Broadband Surprises with Airtel (Free upgrades for everyone)

Got a 15gb topup on a 15gb/2Mbps plan.
And
Got a 50gb topup on a 30gb/4 Mbps plan!

However none of the topups have been applied as yet. Has anyone got these topups showing on the smart bytes page?

i think they are foolin :| i called them up for this .. they said did u got msg on phone about this .. i said no .. they replied we cant do anything until u get msg
PS : 9 years old customer so yeah xD

Yes, the topup gets applied. Call to the customer care and they will fix it for you. Also topups show on the smartbytes page.

The mobile app only shows you your default data. Open the smartbytes page on the desktop and you will see 2gb additional data.

I am at office right now, else would have posted a screenshot.

Yes got the notification via email that airtel surprise has been activated and now it is showing in the smartbytes page. It was 10gb top up on the 15gb plan not the 15 gb as I had mentioned earlier. havent got the email for 50 gb topup as yet.

Called 121 and they activated it in no time.

P.S. press 1, 1 then 9 to get to a real person.

How do we get to know about the new plans?
Are the wired broadband plans at Airtel website have their cost reduced as per the news?
