Actually yes !I visited my mamaji's town (population 3000) in Gujarat and I was getting 3G signals of BSNL. So belief id that BSNL will surely expand 3G networks

I think they should concentrate on service rather than expansion because 3g users are suffering from poor service caused due to upgradation/expansion of 3g network. As I heard, BSNL has been upgrading its network capable up to 21.1 mbps but I did not hear anything from BSNL officially.
