Hello friends, the speed varies depending on the servers close to you and of course the handset and its capabilities..if u have 3.5 G compaitable mobile phones like Sony Ericsson G502.You will get good download speeds like me...but upload speed is not so satisfactory( i think)..but gprs users will find a lot of difference between 3G and GPRS..after they use it.. here is my Speed Results

Guys..I dont know wats wrong with my 3G connection.... m using it in Deoghar (Jharkhand ) contrary to wat i thought n hav heard abt 3G......it gives me terrible speed even worse than GPRS.....On the Signal bar it never catches more than one bar.... m really frustrated with this damn low speed of so called 3G

I raised my modem another foot or so and the UMTS reception went up to 3 bars on the signal meter. This has dramatically reduced the frequent disconnections that i had over the last two days!!

hi...i use a teracom data card for my 3g services....for some reason the download speed is stuck at 48kbps even though the connection is at 3.6mbps....anyone with the same problem????

Hi Suraj, Please change the network type on your Cell phone settings from Dual mode to the U - Mode.
