bsnl 3g Internet speed

Nope, i always wanted a k4505 from the beginning , but there was no stock anywhere, so the next best option was 1831 hence i went for the same. Now k4505 is in stock, so i ordered one and its working great, no issues at all, temperature is constant and very few disconnections since morning. I don't think that the disconnection problem at higher speed is modem problem but an issue with the tower you are connected to and how much is the load on the tower, when users are more and high bandwidth is being utilized. drop in signal and connection does happen. Also if the speeds are lower i noticed the disconnection is hardly any through out the day. Anyways i would not be able to get much idea on disconnection going forward as i have got a router now, so using the modem with the same.As of now i have both k4505 and 1831 with my 3G router.

Motorola Atrix 4G- Though touted to be compatible with 14.4Mbps., speeds got on BSNL 3G was max 1.4Mbps.

Samsung Galaxy S2- 21Mbps compatible, hav got speeds of 4.3Mbps (yes, you read it right) on BSNL 3G in Bangalore. Will try to upload the speedtest screenshot.
