I have just bought BSNL 3G 10 says back from Chennai and now using it in Tuticorin.
The problem which i am facing is bad speed, which is even worst than an EDGE's speed by any provider.

And after registering a compliant in CC i am hearing the same tapes played over and over again that your problem will solved ASAP (mostly within 24/48 hours). But today after speaking to ALEX from the CC, got to know that, A many people are facing the same issue over all of the south region.
A friend who's now at Kannur in Kerala has also reported the same issue.
According to another infiormation this speed problem is to persist as the up-gradation work is on from BSNL's side and all the 3G users may get a Surprise on the Republic Day. So till then just wait and watch and pray (of-course). :smile:
