BSNL 3G low speed issues

Hi, I bought a new BSNL unlimited 3G sim card to use in my SGS mobile from Nagpur. In nagpur I was getting a download speed of around 2.2mbps to 3 MBps. Due to my professional obligations I moved to Mulund Mumbai and I am using MTNL network in Mumbai. The speeds that I am getting are pathetic something in the range of 0.19mbps upload and 0.16mbps download speeds. Had anyone used their BSNL connections in 3G in Mumbai if yes what are the type of speeds that I should be ideally getting. Please help Kailash

I have already reported it to the CC twice but to no effect. They promise that the I will get better speeds in 24 hrs as they will refresh my ID from the backend but nothing works.

Damn - its been more than 24hrs but still no improvements. Been with CC for en number of times but they do not help much infact the hold is really troublesome. Is there any other way for getting better speeds on BSNL

Try to get a new connection. At least I have been doing this. Don't rely on BSNL guys.
