BSNL 3G: Unlimited data transfer package for just Rs. 700!

Did anyone test BSNL 3G speed in Hyderabad? Please share with us the speed at your area. I am going to test in Chanda Nagar today evening.At Hitech city, I got 1.2 Mbps.

^^ BSNL does not operate in Delhi & Mumbai. MTNL has UL plans with FUP of 25GB for Rs 1800 I think

I just now took a 3g SIM at 180 Rs...60 for the Sim and 120 for some data plan!I am not sure what is this 120 Rupees for?Is this valid to use the first week UL download?Please advise!

It's actually
SIM - Rs. 59
General Voice Plan - Rs. 120

but when i took the sim, they didn't charge anything for the sim.. i paid only 120 rupees.. bought it 3 months back...
