what is the problem with 3/3.2mbps speeds? do you run any app that does not work fine at 3.2 and for which you need 4mbps. baffling.

) Seriously though, BSNL would have been number one provider had it been provided with decent employees and incentives for job well done. They had provided me excellent service (they came the next day of filling application) and i got promised speeds.
