I am dropping plans to download 175GB on BSNL before applying for plan change. BSNL is working so awfully on torrents that I do not see the point. So planning to go to the exchange tomorrow.
What do I have to carry?
Printer copy of last bill
Application for plan change
Anything else?
Connection is in my mom's name. Do I need to carry any ID proof along?
Also... Any other recommendations for a plan? I was thinking about going for 20GB at 4mbps.

went to the exchange an hour ago for plan change. the room where i had to submit my form... dude was probably chain smoking because it reminded me of my own smoking days. i pretty much inhaled more second hand smoke in those 10 minutes than i have inhaled in the last 9 months.

anyhow. dude said that the 1250 plan is not in their system. so i asked him to get me the 1450 plan. so i get 10GB more for 350 rupees more? what a ripoff. would check again next month if better low end plans are available because right now i save less than 1000 bucks and i lose 145GB bandwidth :\
