I just restarted the modem. It's not May 1 yet. Speed seems to have gone much better. Is the FUP resetted already?

Are you getting more than 4mbps? If it's according to your plan then maybe the BSNL server is synced incorrectly as there's still plenty of time for 00:00!

Yup. Getting regular speeds now. x720 had posted previously that BSNL usually reset the speeds at around 4am. I just hope that they do not count the my usage from yesterday and today in next month's quota.

Got a call. The lady on the phone said that a new password has been generated. I cannot test it out because BSNL website is useless at this time of the hour.

I am still getting random PPPoE down powered downtimes. And even when the internet is working, it is working as if my connection is FUPed.

Only Google services are working properly. And that is because of the direct peering.

i have no idea why lastpass created multiple entries. i was still using the password that was generated at account creation.

x720 should be able to help. I followed his advice when I got the connection. I do not remember that advice though. :
