Can I go PGPortal on their ass? I am seriously considering going back to Airtel if this is how it is going to be. Better to pay for two Airtel connections and get what they sort of advertise than this fuckshit.

Yup. It's pretty much ruined. Upload speeds are around 0.1 mbps if I am to trust speedtest.net. Torrent downloading on VPN fluctuates very badly. Without VPN it crosses 300KBps but browsing becomes impossible.

I do not see the point. If they increase line speed, connection becomes unstable. If they are unable to give 4mbps connectivity, what is the point of offering 4mbps plans?

I mean seriously. Nothing has changed in last 1.5 years. I am paying more money for same speeds. There are no signs that they would lay down fiber in my area. There is no sign that they are going to launch higher capacity plans. I mean look at the fuckshit plans they launched this year? 3000 rupees for 2mbps unlimited? Which is going to be more like 1.4-1.6mbps?

PGportal for a line from a different box; or if the connections are handmade, ask for a pair box. That's about it. If the underground lines are in poor shape, no point. Though I doubt that it'll be worth the effort. RCOM?
