RCOM uptime is very good, although not as great as airtel but that's acceptable. Expect 3.5 Mbps constant download speed on the 4 Mbps plan. Upload speed will be about 600 Kbps. All this for ~917 INR (+ taxes) which is a great deal. They simply don't care even if you leech 150+ GB a month. No idea about static IP as I never felt the need to get one. You just have to login once every 24 hours which barely takes a few seconds with LastPass autofill and autologin. You don't even need any scripts.
