BSNL Broadband is blocking file sharing and other websites once again

Adf.ly Been trying to open on 3g and cdma. Not opening. Google dns doesnt help.

What was the point of blocking these sites? I mean are not even related to piracy, except link-removed.

Uploaded.net is a similar site.........and my guess as to why Imagebam is blocked is that it is used to provide screenshots for the movies....or it could also be porn content.
