port forwarding isn't a function or dependant on the type of connection. If it has indeed been implemented properly, it must work in all sorts of connections viz. PPPoE, bridge et al. Junkie, I suspect a rat in the utorrent settings. Try randomising the port everytime. As you mentioned, UPnP is also enabled, this must be IT. Are you running any firewalls? Like zonealarm? IF u do, start utorrent and wait till it turns green and only then start the firewall.

anyways..
192.168.1.1 as you entered..
then click on advanced setup..
go to NAT
Then virtual servers..
Then click on add..
you should be able to do it !!

Except the first link which lists VPI/VCI other links lead to dead pages. delete them.
For modem UT300R2U
Try 192.168.1.1/main.html and check Under Advanced /virtual server
Click the Advanced button near the top of the page.
The menu on the left should change. In this new menu, click Virtual Server.
We will list a series of lines here that will show you exactly how to forward the ports you need to forward. echoServer requires you to forward the 1328 ports. Go ahead and enter the settings shown above into the Virtual Server menu and then click Apply.
