BSNL Broadband: Some sites are not opening

modem is ut300r2u. yes javascript is enabled. am using firefox and i also tried using opera. btw i hav a 14 digit portal id and my ip starts with 117.206.16.*. i dont get any error message after logging in bbservice, the next page title appears and after that it keeps on loading. wen i use other sites like data.bsnl.in/wps/portal it starts loading and the page title appears fast and after that it keeps on loading continuously. bsnl.co.in is now opening but very slowly.

the bbservice.bsnl.in site is unpredictable.at times it will not open in one browser but will do so in another.plus it might open when its accessed through a proxy even if its not not opening directly.

i'm from bangalore.i dont have an iptv connection.but i still face the problem at times.right now its not opening.

so is it bsnl's fault that the site is not loading or ours??? hot to check usage now? its been days

the site is opening now.i checked my usage.try to access the site using a proxy site such as http://www.digitaltop.info/.
