Wait till it change to " Provisioned ". It will change to " future date " with an effective date. Hope you tried this

Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer and seek his assistance. Talk to customer care and ask specifically for his no.

There will be an effective date. Please check. It will normally happen in 2 -3 days.

Under " My orders " where you checked the plan status. Or simply make a phone call to customer care and try. But it will be wise not to believe them completely.
