BSNL Broadband Upgraded speeds - When will it Happen ?

What about us poor people using Home500.

from 2006 i had 256kbps ul, i was waiting for some plan upgrade and after 3 year came the great dhamaka....900 to 750 for 256kbps plan and introduction of new plan 512kbps ul plan i said to myslef "wah wah waited for three years and got...150 concession"and now in 2009 the great new will be "new brand 8mbps home plansleasehelpunaffordable off course)and brand new 16mbps plans (only for commercial)"......oh forgot to mention the speed and cost of home unlimited plans has no changes":S
