@harsh prasad sadly many employees are like that. they are not correctly updated with the developments. If plan provides 6mbps why you are not getting at least that, and getting only 4 mbps. SNR margin and attenuation rates are good on your side.
@InkTone Please suggest something bro, even PGportal didn't work. I have no idea of hierarchy in BSNL, what's the senior most rank in an exchange office and is it from these exchanges where line rate is capped?
hope poti answers your question. like he said an RTI can solve the issue. i usually consult the JTO in exchange when a fault comes and i am friends with the line man here so i get the issues solved quickly.
did you register a complaint using 1500. they usually call you back and ask what is the issue and hopw that can help to solve the issue if not you can use that complaint to file an RTI .
or consult your district head with your complaint
