BSNL disconnecting frequently

Yaar kaha.. She wasnt even listening to me and kept repeating, "Beta bahot hoti hai 2mbps." etc ab mein kya bolu?

Man if i was living in some other city, would have shouted and asked them to discontinue the landline and broadband. Not that they care(Govt company) Fk them. And the area where i live, i have only two option- BSNL and Airtel 4G LTE. No other
 
Complain on BSNL's online portal. And keep doing so till they fix your line speed.

If you're talking about this, I tried. But not able to go through complaint form. Slow as sheet. I'll keep trying

Update: So i called on the same number, lady didn't pick up. Some guy did. He assured me and said he will get in touch with my local exchange. But he didn't knew about my complaint. Seems like that0 old lady closed my case.. :beee:
Also anyone facing slow internet in north? I asked the same to the guy. He said he's also facing slow internet. Seems from the back..
can i pls haz beam?

Okay tried with all 3 of them. Same problem.. slow. Is it opening for you in Gurgaon?
 
I feel sorry for you man but you gotta deal with the situation and need to have a lot of patience.Even if you complain online they'll only check if there's any problem with the line but that won't increase your downstream rate:angry: Call 1504 and tell them that you're only getting 500-800kbps :D if nothing happens tomorrow

No luck. It take ages to load that complaint form for me.. Even if sometime it does, I put STD and phone no. and then 'Submit' button doesn't do anything

Ya, the only decent response i got from by BSNL was after filling your complaint form to Grievance officer. Thanks but them degenerates don't do shit. One lady keeps telling me that 2mbps speed is enough blablah and waiting for the reply from the other guy who seemed pretty articulate. lets see
 
Keep sending complaints using that form till your problem is resolved. It seems to be quite ass kicking in my experience.
