BSNL download speed gone low...

I buy a BSNL Home 500 plan.When i start get it is give me nice speed At night. In one night i can download at least 4 GB and my speed is more than 256kBps.But from last 2 /3 weeks its speed gone down.I hardly download 1GB and speed is 100 kBps.So anybody tell me the reason of it.:wall::iomg:
